The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Creetex S.N., 12 rue Pailleron, 69004 Lyon - France.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Quote refers to a document or communication provided by Us to You outlining the estimated cost, availability, and terms associated with the Goods You are interested in purchasing. A Quote is non-binding and does not constitute an offer to sell or an acceptance of an Order.

  • Invoice refers to a document issued by Us to You after confirming the availability of the Goods, Your Order and the Quote. The Invoice specifies the details of the Goods, the total amount payable, and the payment instructions, including Our bank account details. Payment of the Invoice is required to complete the purchase process.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Creetex, accessible from https://creetex.com/

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

The Goods on the Service comprise of documents and textiles that are older than 50 years and are available for Order for “inspiration”. It cannot be claimed to the Company the undertaking of the patrimonial right.

To Order any Goods available on the Service, You can click on 'Add to order' button on the Goods, then proceed to Checkout page.

Any Goods on the Service are subject to availability. We may need 2 to 3 business days from the time of Your Order to check the availability of those Goods.

If the Goods are available,

  • We will send You an email to confirm Your Order and prepare the Quote for Your Order.

  • We may calculate other costs such as Shipping and Insurance in the Quote for Your Order.

  • You need to approve and confirm the Quote to continue with the Order, Invoice and payment

  • Once You approve and confirm the Quote, We will send You the Invoice for payment.

  • Ownership of the Goods remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.

  • The merchandise is sold with ownership reservation clause.

If the Goods are not available, We will send You an email to mention Your Order will not be fulfilled due to the unavailability of the Goods

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order before the payment of the Invoice.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement before the payment of the invoice. You can inform us of your decision by:

After the payment of the Invoice is complete, Your Order cannot be canceled in accordance with Our Return and Refund Policy and Our Terms and Conditions.

Returns

After the payment of the Invoice is complete, any Goods shipped to You cannot be returned in accordance with Our Return and Refund Policy and Our Terms and Conditions.

Exchanges

After the payment of the Invoice is complete, any Goods ordered by You cannot be exchanged to another one in accordance with Our Return and Refund Policy and Our Terms and Conditions.

Refunds

After the payment of the Invoice is complete, Refunds cannot be provided in accordance with Our Return and Refund Policy and Our Terms and Conditions.
